Meet the Owner
Clara has been proofreading since fall 2022, when she quit her real estate career of eight years to pursue her dream of freelancing. In 2022, Clara earned a bachelor’s degree in English at University of Colorado Denver and made the dean’s list summer semester 2020, fall semester 2021, spring semester 2022, and summer semester 2022. Additionally, she spent two and a half years working part-time with Phelps County Focus and Pulaski County Weekly, copyediting and occasionally covering stories.
Clara lives in central Missouri with her dog, Millie. In her spare time, she relishes reading fiction, playing classical violin, and staying caffeinated. What Clara enjoys most about freelancing is the flexibility it provides to travel and spend more time with her loved ones.
